Customer Service Guarantee

It is our promise to ensure all clients receive 100% customer service. We welcome feedback -- good or bad -- to help our business flourish in all aspects!

All sales are FINAL!

It takes time and dedication for Chef Will and his team to create and cook luxurious meals for his clients. There is a no refund policy once shopping has begun. This includes adverse weather conditions beyond our control.

Invoices

Once your invoice has been delivered, you have 24 hours to pay the 50% requested. The remaining balance will be due before the delivery is completed. There is a 25% fee based on the total amount of paid invoice for ANY type of refunds. Please be sure you have everything in order and correct before checking out!

Pick Up/ Delivery

Chef Will does offer delivery. Anything outside of 5 miles will incur an additional cost.
